This is a terrific gel if you are following a CG (Curly Girl) regimen with your curly or wavy hair. It is not really a strong hold gel, isn't sticky, and doesn't dry so crunchy that you can't scrunch it out with bare hands. There's no sulfates, no silicone, the ingredients are almost entirely natural, and it leaves my curls soft and shining. Love it! :)
