When we received this item we were so excited to get it put together. When we got all the pieces out we realized that one of the side pieces was split all the way down the middle!! So now we have to go through the process of sending it back and waiting three weeks to be refunded. Now my baby will be here before my money!!! Don't Buy!

I am an expecting mother. My husband and I purchased the matching crib, changing table and this armoire. After purchasing the three pieces of furniture all three items were delivered on the same day as told they would be. After opening the armoire we found that it was damaged. We contacted Target and they sent us another one to replace the damaged one. After waiting another week for the new armoire to arrive, we were truly disapointed to find out this armoire had even more damaged pieces inside. We contacted Target again to tell them the problem and after hours of being transfered all over the world I was able to talk to a supervisor about the damaged delivery. The armoire appears to have been improperly packaged from the factory and was damaged in shipping not once but twice. Target wished not to send a third armoire due to the problem we were having. So our matching set is now incomplete. If you are an expecting family and desire to purchase this armoire for your matching set, beware of possible disappointment upon arrival!!!!!!!!!!!! We tried to put this together and found that it was not sturdy and the screws actually broke in half as we were putting them in the holes. Additionally, when it arrived, there were dents and scratches in the wood. Luckily, Target took it back and I received the refund already. I do not recommend this product at all.

We purchased the changer/dresser also and it turned out great. Unfortunatly, this armoire was not the same. It came with many flaws. I am not a picky person by any means so little dings are okay with me. The magnet that is to hold the doors shut at the bottom was broken and the magnet at the top doesn't match up in between the two doors. The wood was totally chipped off one piece and a few pieces of hardware would not fit. I was able to put together about half of the product by myself and I am 6 and a half months along. Due to the dark color all of the dings and imperfections are very visible. I would try to return this but we threw the box away.

I was soo excited to finally have all the pieces to my nursery. But whata you know, all the wood was cracked through and through. I am expecting my baby at any time and now I have to start all over with furniture! I am mortified!

We bought the Graco Kimberly crib and love it. Unfortunately, this item, which we bought to match, is not of the same quality. It was a major pain to assemble, and is extremely flimsy and cheap-looking. I can't put anything heavy in it since the shelf broke while we were assembling it! I would have returned it, had I not already paid for shipping and the fact that the box weighed over 100 lb. Bad decision.

My husband and I are expecting our second child. We have an old home with no closets and have been using our third bedroom as a dressing room for our own clothes. But with the impending arrival of our baby we needed to get something in which to store our clothes to make room for baby. We purchased this armoire because it said "baby to adult". Therefore we assumed it would hold an adult sized clothes hanger. NOPE!!!!! It is very small and three pieces were broken. Also the desciption says that tools are included, NOPE again! Overall this was a very disappointing purchase!!!

We bought this armoire while i was 7 months pregnant. When we opened it to put it together it was broken on one of the front panels... ok, that is bound to happen sometimes, target shipped us a new one... BROKEN on the same exact piece! They sent us a new one ONE more time, broken again on the same piece, this time we called target again, they told us to call the manufacturer to get just the part number and have a new part sent to us. The manufacturer shipped and it arrived today.. BROKEN. I am now due to have my baby any day now and i dont have all her furniture ready. This piece of furniture is CRAPPY quality.

This product does not even deserve 1 star but that was not an option. The packaging and shipping of this product are very poor. The 1st time we received the shipment wood was cracked and parts were scratched. We returned the product for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived almost 2 weeks later and over 50% of the parts were damaged. Again wood was cracked, scratches were all over. I complained to Graco directly about the quality of the packaging and they blamed it on the shipping company. Regardless of the shipping, when you open the box parts are hapazardly thrown into the box with little packaging material- no bubble wrap, very thin, flimsy styrofoam, and the cardboard box had holes in it so not an industrial shipping box. Graco then told me they would be happy to send me a replacement directly (3rd times a charm?) but they advised they could not guarantee that the product would arrive un-damaged. Are you kidding me? No thank you. Too much of a headache and too time consuming to open the package, inspect all parts, re-package, send back, wait for replacement, NO THANK YOU!! Graco is a good company but their specialty is NOT furniture! Very disappointed as it looks like a beautiful piece of furniture but I will be shopping locally for something as I don't have any more time to waste with this product.
