I have been waiting so long to get a washer and dryer of my own so when I got my taxes back I ordered this Haier combo. First thing I had a problem with is that the delivery men had no idea what was in the box they were bringing to me so I went ahead and contacted customer service to confirm my order and make sure everything was correct. The next day the shipment was delivered and to be honest it was not what I was told that I ordered but I was willing to give it a shot. I did a practice run with the washer empty. This is where I ran into another problem. There is a button at the bottom of the unit that is meant to catch the lint and if it isn't tight it will allow the water to pour out. After the practice run was done I tried a small load of about 5 t-shirts. This small load took a total of 4 hours to wash and dry. I don't think I have to mention how angry I was at this point so I contacted customer service that night and I was told that the delivery men could come pick the item up but that I would not get a refund for 2 weeks. After I let the rep know how angry I was and that I don't plan on any orders in the future she place me on hold and when she came back she said she could offer me an advance refund. Thank God! Do yourself a favor and don't order this item.
