I got this in 2005. I just started leaking so I guess if you want a coffee pot for just three years get it, but it leaked all over my counter it has a crack in the plastic part of the crafe. I am going to buy a michael graves with the actual coffee pot. There is no way to replace the crafe.

After a year of use it appears the seal has worn out and it's leaking coffee and water all over our counter. Other than that, we've loved the features of this coffee maker. Especially that there's no coffee pot which can burn the coffee if left on the burner too long. This one keeps it hot without burning it. The only other complaint I would have about this one is that you can't fit your tall travel mug under the spout, we have to pull it out to the edge of the counter or use a smaller mug to transfer the coffee to our travel mugs.

I've been using this coffee maker every day for over five years and love it. I've never had any problems of any kind. The coffee's hot, the coffee's good, what more could you want? I will buy another one when this one finally gives up.

After having countless coffee carafes break on me, this coffee maker is fantastic. We've had ours for close to a year. It hasn't leaked, hasn't died. It just makes great coffee simply and with little mess, no stained looking glass carafe to look at. If my husband is in a hurry to get out the door, he doesn't have to wait for the coffee to finish brewing, just pops his travel mug below and voila! The coffee is plenty hot even with cream added, and personally I have enjoyed not having coffee come out so scorching hot I burn my tongue or have to wait 10 minutes to drink it. Cleaning is a cinch, and we've never had any problems with it whatsoever. I just love this pot.

Prefer Black N Decker - At Least They Last

I bought this because i liked the fact that you don't have to mess with a coffee pot, but it leaks on the counter and also, I owned this for 3 months and it went powerless. Used it one day, went to turn it back on the next day it was powerless, dead as a doornail. I would not recommend this to anyone. I had a black and decker and it lasted a few years and the only reason why I don't own that anymore is because they stopped making the carafe; which mine broke; otherwise I'd still own it. This was my first and last time buying a Hamilton Beach product.

Best Coffeemaker ever

We have enjoyed the Hamilton Beach Brew Station since it was manufactured. We love it, have bought 2 for gifts and one for myself. It makes the best coffee ever. I use Starbucks breakfast blend and bottled water. This coffee maker keeps the coffee hot and fresh for 2 hours. I have been drinking coffee since I was a tot and used every coffeemaker produced - - this is the best!!!! I bought my mom one and my daughter one. They love them as much as I do. We are all coffee drinkers. They use a store brand coffee and it is still good.

....the other reviews posted here sound like they just got duds. Ours has been brewing hot coffee for four years and we love it. And I brew coffee twice a day!
There's no glass pot to break and the coffee never gets that burnt burner taste. Also, if you want to make iced coffee with the coffee left in the maker later on in the day you simply get some cool coffee out of it and add ice. Of course, technically that's watery ice coffee but it does the trick.

We loved it so much that after the first one died after 2 months we bought another...now five months later the new one is powerless also. We got sucked in by a great concept.

This product started off okay, but quickly became a pain. If you like hot coffee, do not buy this product. It will keep the coffee somewhat lukewarm for about five minutes, but after that it has to be reheated in the microwave. It will also leak all over the counter. I would not recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

I got this item for Christmas '06 and I absolutely LOVE IT! Lately, I have been noticing water on my countertop and I realized it is coming form the back or the bottom of the machine. [...]
