I purchased this toaster about two months ago. I use it at least once a day and I am completely happy with it. The first thing I noticed when using it, was that it toasts the bread much faster than my old toaster and it toasts the bead evenly and perfect every time. The toaster has wide slots, so you can toast bagels or thick bread as well as thin items. The toaster has two crumb trays, which makes cleaning much easier. I can't think of one thing I don't like about this toaster and compared to other chrome toasters, the price is a real bargain.

I am a chef and I bought this for our Cafe. It is used everyday many times a day and it holds up very well. Can do 4 thick slices at a time of nice gourmet bread. For the price and the function it holds up to some of the commercial toasters very well. If you are toasting bagels it does seem to take just a bit longer than regular but the bagels we use are very thick to begin with. Would definately recommend.

The first one we recieved had a big dent in it, and was exchanged by target. The second one we got from the exchange doesnt work. When you put your toast down, you have to hold it and hopwe that it works. When we tried to exchnge it for, again the same product. Target told us no, and to contact the guest services. When i looked at the Hamilton Beach Website this toaster isnt made anymore. There is a new style, that looks similar but different. Id buy directly from Hamilton Beach next time

Within four months of purchasing and using this toaster, one of the toaster elements stopped toasting, so bread was toasted on one side only. Then that whole side refused to turn off when toast had popped up or when I pressed cancel. In order to use the one "good" side of the toaster, I have to put in three slices of bread and disconnect the toaster when the toast pops up. I cannot leave the toaster connected during a meal because the "bad" side keeps burning and smells worse than burning toast. I did not register the appliance when I bought it and I have not been able to contact Hamilton Beach Customer Service. I purchase a lot at Target and have not been able to isolate my receipt for this particular item.

Seroiusly, is anything quality anymore? I had this toaster about 6 months and it is now a fire hazard. The elements turn on without even pressing the lever down. Please save yourself the trouble and don't get this toaster. Why, oh why, is Target even selling this thing???

We have had it for about 4 months and it works great. No problems so far. Nice feature that you can toast two different things at once, and put them on different settings. Temperature settings are predictable. Easy to clean. Only negative is that it' so large it is difficult to store.

I purchist this adought one week ago and it works great. Imean its the beast i everhad it is worth the money. it takes a while to get broken in but it works great i would hilly recomend it to someone. :)
