I ordered two and both arrived with chipped paint. The quality of the chest is not good. Matching legs are slightly different in size and the cardboard box wrapping is too weak to protect the chest. Had to return all of them.

I've been looking for an affordable night stand to match my bedroom for some time now...and I found it! This looks a lot more expensive than it is. I loved it so much, I ordered another one to make a matching set. They look great! The second one arrived with the outside packaging damaged, but it was packed so good, there was no damage on the piece of furniture.

For only [...] I am very happy with my new nightstand! It is cute and tropical, fits in perfectly with my bedroom. There were a couple of chipped wood areas on the bottom, but you would never see it unless you turned the piece upside down. I am glad to have found this piece and will be ordering its mate!

I had been searching for a nightstand and this piece was exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and received it with damage on the piece. It was not just a chip in the paint - the wood (err, faux wood) was cracked in the middle of the piece. I returned it and placed another order for a new one, sans damage. To make a long story short, I ordered this piece 3 times, and each time - it was damaged. This happened even after I called and spoke with a supervisor after the 1st 2 arrived damage to report it. Oddly enough, the 3rd piece I received had the worst damage out of all. I have a hard time believing that it was damaged each time by UPS. I am very disappointed, because it would have made a lovely accent table in my bedroom. However, I figured since the 3rd time is supposed to be a charm and it wasn't, I gave up. Target was very kind and apologetic, however they did not seem concerned that all 3 pieces I ordered were damaged and considering there are other customers who wrote reviews on here reporting damage as well. To pay this much money for something that is not even real wood and arrives damaged each time, please take this review into consideration and go elsewhere.

PROS: 1. Beautifully painted leaves with 3 shades of green, flowers are orange, yellow and maroon/burgundy colors 2. Stamped tropical leaf pattern on top surface 3. Lined drawers including all four sides and bottom 4. Arrived 90% assembled
CONS: 1. Arrived with some paint scratched off the front of one of the tables 2. Light-medium weight 3. Drawers are very thin, light-weight and some were not lined up properly e.g. the gaps between the top and bottom of the drawers were not all equal. 4. Price
I bought two of these tables to use as night tables in my Florida vacation rental. They're gorgeous pieces of furniture, that match my bedding perfectly! So much so, that it looks as if the tables were painted to make the bedding. They were not exactly the same (stain wise), but they're hand painted, so I expected them to vary.
They basically arrived assembled, all I had to do was attach the 4 legs with a bolt, washer and nut. The packaging was very thin cardboard boxes, with a piece of MDF board on top each table, to protect it (which was broken at the corner). Each drawer was draped with a thick packing paper and had those little moisture packets in them.
Although the tables look expensive, I feel that even the discounted price is too high. Because they're mainly made of some sort of light and medium-weight fiber or particle boards. It would be better priced under a hundred.
Overall: I've received nice reviews from everyone so far. I am happy with the way these tables blended into the room, but if I had seen/felt them in person I would have waited for the price to drop even lower before buying. I wish I could post photos with my review, but they're true enough to the online photo.

I am very happy with this piece of furniture..I wish the drawers were a little deeper, but..I was so surprised and delighted to see they have a lining in them, which is very nice..reminds me of the old lingerie chests. The manufacturer should try to devise a way to use the space on the curved sides of this piece, as it seems a waste of space and could hold several things..It also has a nice little stamped in design on the top..The furniture arrived in good condition..2 tiny scratches..no big deal..and a few minutes to put the legs on and I was ready to fill the drawers...Lovely item..I highly recommend this for summer shirts, lingerie, even for jewelry..I think it would fit in any room's decor.

Very pretty piece. Looks just like the picture. It did have a few minor cracks in the wood trim around the legs and also a scrape on the edge of the top. I used a dark brown felt-tip pen to touch up these areas and you'd never know they were there.
