Fun to Sing and Dance with!

My 2 year old son received this for Christmas. He LOVES it. He dances and sings to the theme song and plays it over and over and over. The sound quality is amazing and it sounds just like it does on the cartoon. The tools all look just like the ones from the show. He really enjoys playing with each of them, especially the hammer. He pounds away and is pretty hard on this, but it stands up to his roughness. It is a really good buy. Also, the tools must go into the tool box in their own space, so it is also like a little puzzle as well. Great buy!

My 2&1/2-year-old son was thrilled when he received this for Christmas. After unwrapping it at about 11 a.m., he played with it off and on, but also took a three hour nap and left it at home to go to dinner. At around 6:30, it stopped working completely. I changed the batteries, but it is dead. It was a HUGE disappointment to my son on Christmas day, as well as to his grandmother who gave it to him as a gift.

I ordered the toy in November and as yet I have not received it. Was supposed to get it on November 29th; however, I tracked the package and will not get it until sometime in January 2009. Unbelievable!!!

My parents got this for my son for his first birthday.
He LOVES Handy Manny!
I do wish it had a lo/high volume control but at least it does have an off button.
Just like the song on the show.

Daughter received this for her 1st Birthday and this is her favorite toy by far. She loves that it plays the theme song and dances to it. We love that there is an off button. The tools in front move just like on tv to the music. Has other phrases as well. Only complaint is I wish it had a volume or hi/low button but at least we can turn it off if needed.

We bought this for my son. He LOVES it. It comes with us everywhere. It has held up nicely to his "love" too. It's been dropped in snowbanks and tumbled down the stairs and it's still going. The plastic is very durable and it's a great size for my son.

My 2 1/2 year old son received this for Xmas. He loves it. The only disappointment was that two of the toys can't really be used. Rusty, the monkey wrench, is solid and his jaw doesn't move/adjust. Stretch, the tape measure, doesn't have any tape to measure with. However, the toy is somewhat educational for my son since it's like a puzzle. The tools only fit in their certain slots so he has to think when putting the tool box back together. Plus, he loves the song and the fact that the tools dance.

My 3 year old son received this on Christmas morning along with a dozen other toys, and this by far was his favorite! He chose this toy to take with him to the family Christmas Party and ended up having to share with his cousins as they all were fighting for a chance to play with the toolbox. Will be purchasing another one for his cousins 3rd birthday this weekend!!

My 3 year old daugther loves this toy. She's had it for over six months (received it at age 2 and a half) and since she's little older than some of the kids in the previous reviews she seems to enjoy playing with the tool box in different ways. Most of the time she enjoys actually taking the tools out and attempting to fix things around our house. She's doesn't push the button on the tool box often since she would rather just play with the tools, so I haven't really felt the need for volume control or haven't turned the actual toy off, since that part of the toy rarely gets used anymore.
