I've had this stand for over a year and although I like the looks of the stand it has not stood the test of time. We have a 50" DLP on top and most of our components inside, however, the stand has begun to bow in the middle causing the television to be a little unstable. We placed my hubby's PS3 on it's side next to the tv and you can tell it leans towards the tv since it is bowed. Needless to say now we are in the market yet again for a new stand, hopefully this time it will last longer than a year. Oh... we also had issues with the parts when we first got it in. It didn't have all the parts needed in order to assemble. After getting it 3/4 of the way done we noticed we had 2 of the same side doors, one of which had cracked glass, and missing shelves. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent out replacements with in the 10-12 day time frame.

We have a 61" tv that fits perfectly on this stand. We wanted something with doors to keep our 8 month old baby out of the equipment and a darker wood finish and this stand looks great. We are very happy with it overall. I took one star off because the top piece of the stand had a huge crack/indention on the very front, but one quick call to the manufacturer and they are shipping me a new top, no problems at all. I also don't like the hammering pieces into the doors with the glass in it, but no harm done. It was very easy to assemble, however, a warning, when screwing in the hinges on the inside of the 2 side doors, if you screw them in too tight, you can see a bump where the screw is pushing into the front side of the wood. We are glad we purchased this tv stand!

We bought this TV stand about 5 months ago and were so happy it matched the rest of our furniture perfectly. The piece looks great and was not too hard to assemble. However, we put our 50 inch Plasma TV on top and the top started to bow inward. The match looked great but within a few months the doors started to rub on the the top of the TV stand from the TV pushing it down. The cheap MDF is a total waste. We are now looking for a similar piece made of real wood and are very disappointed we wasted our money on this Havana Lounge TV stand. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers were dealing with but I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Looking at other TV stands for my 46" [TV] prices were all [high] for perhaps better quality but certainly didn't look that much better. And for assembly this was perhaps one of the more simple units i've put together. Took me about 2 hours from out of the box to setting the TV on it. Looks great doors fit and are adjustable and no damage on mine. Only negative is be careful assembling as things aren't marked real well and you could have the shelves upside down (like I did). I'm no carpenter but not a rocket scientist either. Great buy, good product.

I bought this item about a month ago, the packaging looked great but opened it to put it together i saw that there was a chunk missing out of the top, the top itself was craked and the front skirt and one of the doors had knicks in them. I also think this item is overpriced for the quality!!!

I'm not sure if after reading reviews and hearing dissatisfied customers complaints this company has updated their instructions and shipping methods. But My shipment was received with no dents and only one minor chip which was the shipping companies fault but the manufacturer could package a little better. This was pretty easy to put together also, about 2 hours.

We absolutely love our new TV stand. It arrived within a week. They had it boxed very nicely! It was really easy to put together. It was stressful to do the hammering around the glass areas of the doors, but there was no harm done. We love it. It looks so nice in our living room! We are really glad we got it!

I absolutely love this TV Stand! It is beautiful once fully assembled. It was a very tedious task for my husband to put it together, but even he stares at it in admiration! I have a 55" TV on it, and it fits perfectly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This stand looks just like the picture when you get it all set up. Looks very nice under my 52" LCD. It took me a leisurely 2hr to put it together.

[...] Mine showed up with substantial damage to one corner of the box. I called the manufacturer and they are scheduled to ship out the replacement parts to me in 10 days.

The stand is fairly durable although while dragging across my carpet, I heard a few cracks of the rear baseboard bending the way it shouldn't. For the price, this is to be expected, but its something to note.

With the exception of the shipping, I'm very happy with this stand.
