Please do not be fooled. This item is NOT a cooler. It is however a very cute dispenser of room temperature liquid. The web site desription really needs to be changed.

This item is very cute and functional. It encourages my nieces (and even nephews) to drink water -- and tricks them into liking water. My fountain has the dual option of being warm and cold, but in using the warm dispenser the water is only room temperature. But who really drinks warm water. Overall I think it is still a good buy.

This water cooler works great. its cute, fun & a perfect size. I think any Hello Kitty lover would love this water cooler, makes you want to drink water all the time!!!

I stumbled across this item at Taget one night and decided to get it to see if my daughters would drink water from it. They LOVE it!! I can actually get them to drink plenty of water now. It is really cute too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when you fill the jug and set it on the dispenser it can get pretty messy. Other than that it is great!!

Definitely not a cooler, but it doesnt say that it is eitehr. Not sure about it leaking b/c i use it as a gauge to drink 8 glasses of water a day I have it on my desk at work and I love it !!!!

I got the one dispenser unit. Very cute and functional yet only a foot and a half tall! You have to set this onto a table or stand. I thought it was tall enough to stand on its own. Not the case! They need to change the description to "mini" which happens to be on the packaging and not online. I am curious if the 2 dispensor one is any bigger? The price speaks for itself.

My daughter received this for christmas and she now drinks a ton of water because it's "Hello Kitty" water. We haven't had any problems with it at all. Love it!

i asked for this cooler for christmas and i got two of them, took one back and kept the one. i should've saved myself the trip and returned both of them at the same time. it LEAKS! i was so disappointed when i woke up the next day and saw that it leaked all night and even filled up the little tray. cute, not functional.

I received this item as a gift a few years ago and I hate it. It looks attractive in its self but it is completely useless for it’s intended function. It leaks water from the bottom and plugs into the wall and Im sure that’s not very safe. I even had a friend look at it who knows how to fix a variety of, and things and he couldn’t get it to work either. He said it looks like it was missing a part. Overall I would not recommend this item.

This thing is super cute! Too bad there isn't anything else to it. I took it home and my daughter filled it with water. It began to leak right away. I took it right back to the store!! What a waste of time!! Do they not test the item before selling it?? DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU PUT IT IN YOUR GARDEN AND NEED YOUR PLANTS TO BE WATERED!!
