This product looks and works great! Then after 5 months it stops recharging. It is not capable of taking a charge now. The base is delivering the voltage (4.9 volts AC), so that part is fine. The light goes on when the unit is placed on the base so it looks like all is well. But even after 48 hours on the base the unit only works for about 2 minutes.
Perhaps this is a one in a million kind of thing and other units will work just fine. We can only hope, I wrote the company about the problem and am waiting to get a reply. Try the smallest massager the company makes (the Mini) that works really well.

My experience has been the same as an earlier reviewer - this unit worked really well - until it stopped recharging. With each recharge, it ran more and more slowly until it stopped recharging altogether - about 1 month after initial use. So sad.
