These pillow covers serve their purpose - they have improved my husband's suffering from allergies, plus they're easy to wash and care for - but they are kind of uncomfortable. They zip shut and trap air in with your pillow, so the pillow gets really hard and puffs up around your head . . . well, it's hard to describe. If you face the zipper out (the open end of the pillow case) and try to smoosh out the air before you zip it closed this is greatly reduced.
