Madaga pieces - what's the hold up?

I ordered the Madaga LOVESEAT on May 17th, along with two chairs, two ottomans, a coffee table, and an end table. As of June 29th I still haven't received the loveseat. What is taking so long? Everything else from this set was shipped by June 4th! I ordered online six weeks ago, and I won't have a complete set in time for July 4th? Horrible! And shipping costs were outrageous, on top of spending a lot already. We are really upset. Oh yes, and assembly is required.

Nightmare

Pieces were bent, screw/bolts broken, the base foot is broken and the assembly was a nightmare. We ordered two, however, it took us three hours to do one. To add to the insult--the day after I ordered two of this item Target offered free shipping! I am a loyal Target customer so even though this experience was awful I will still shop at Target. I will continue to get this purchase corrected!

Ordered this on line and received pretty quick (within one week) - surprisingly we received a call to schedule the delivery as well. Super easy to assemble, got the matching ottomans - looks great on our deck! I would recommend this Patio "Madaga" - great buy, very happy with our new Wicker Tete-A-Tete. Jeanne G. - San Diego, CA
