In the last review what you said makes sense. The point of a cleanse is to flush out your body. So if you expect this to work without having darrhea, don't even bother with this product. I suggest using the drink mixes if you are looking for something that works and is less of a burden.

i purchased this product because of the price and only needing to use it for 7 days. i took the proper doses (FIVE huge pills TWICE a day) and NOTHING. the only thing i got from it was rediculously loose stool. BLAH!!!
