I used to heat my tortillas in the oven which crisped them too much. Now I line this with wax paper and pop about 10 in and microwave for about 30 - 45 seconds. They stay warm and are heated perfectly. No more crispy edges. It also washes and dries well. It gives taco night a feel of authenticity.
