I had read some of the negative reviews but still thought this sounded like the best "tummy time" mat on the market. I think it's a great buy. My baby is almost three months and is enjoying the water feature. It didn't seem that difficult to fill up to me (as some reviews said.) And the mat isn't super thick but it's perfectly fine and I like that it's longer than some of the others I looked at. And it HAS helped her with tummy time - the pillow is just the right height.

My son was pretty interested in this then one day the water portion popped and he was face down in the water and plastic for a few seconds before i realized what had happened. I followed the directions, filled it to fill like, it was sealed shut, I guess i just had a defective one and the seam broke. I returned it and got a different tummy time mat that doesn't use water, he liked it just the same.

My son enjoys this. I really enjoyed the detachable pillow it came with. I take that with me everywhere. He loves the detachable sun toy that makes cute water noises. When we do tummy time he like touching the water filled part because it's cool but sometimes gets frustrated because he can't get the fish inside. I use this for tummy time, for him to lay on his back on it and I take the pillow everywhere I go so it's been a good buy for us.

I didnt really use it a lot my little girl in the first couple months. She seemed to be uncomfortable when I'd lay her on it. However when she got older she loved it 3-6 months. Also it was nice to take to others houses when you don't know if you can trust the carpet Its also very easy to roll up and take to different rooms of the house as well

My daughter is two months old & she is so uncomfortable on the pillow... but hopefully when she gets older she'll be able to enjoy it more.

My sister-in-law has the same mat & we've noticed that her starfish makes a bubbly noise. Just an FYI if you want it to make noise, check it before you buy it!

We filled it once and have no need to drain it. Unless maybe when we're finished with it and drain it to store for the next baby?

My baby is almost 3 months old and we have been using it for tummy time since he was just a few weeks. Lately he has really become interested in the aquarium part and the crab rattle when we shake it. Like another poster said, it's convenient to roll up and take with us. The pillow is a perfect size for tummy time.

I only wish the pillow had a washable cover since he drools all over it.

I got this as a gift for my shower and my daughter loves it! Its nice for about 3+ months she loves tummy time so its great..Its really easy to store and just rolls up, its compact and easy to take with and a nice toy good buy!

I found that this item was helpful for measuring my sons length. My son really enjoyed tummy time on this mat. Although he isn't really into the aquariam part yet ( he is only 4 months old) and it is kind of a pain to fill. But he really likes the detachable toys. I have now placed them on his bouncer and he likes to hit them and make noise. Overall I think this product is good. But like some reviews I probably could have done without it.

The pouch to fill with water is difficult to fill. Then it leaked all over the wood floor while my son was laying on it! Also, who wants to fill a toy with water every time, and then have to drain it? My son was interested in it, but it's not made well. Going to try to return it.
