This is poetry to explain, explore and possibly help others suffering with manic depression, post- traumatic stress, and being or knowing someone who is bipolar. Enveloping the everyday ups and downs of life experiences, within are the joys and sorrows, filled with a deep belief in God, faith and the medical profession. Leslie Ann Lindsay is a native of Pendleton, Oregon. This book is her own struggle with life through her poetry. Leslie Ann was recently diagnosed with being bipolar, although she has had it for a long time. Her wish is to reach out to others through this book.
