Excellent Coffee Maker! April 22, 2008 Reviewer:  C. McRae "An American" Real Name (Utah)  See all my reviews >

I have bought every price range and brands of Coffee Makers, and the pump was just so slow. I decided to invest a little more money and bought this KitchenAid and am very pleased with it. Brews coffee fast, and having the option of a 14 cup attracted me the most. The program is easy to use, clean up fast, and the only thing I could say I wish it had and doesn't is an adjustable warming tray. We use liquid coffee creamer which cools the coffee down, so it would be nice to make it a little hotter. It looks nice on the ledge, and the surround of the carafe is great. I would highly recommend this product over some of the others.

Worst Coffeemaker on the market! November 29, 2008 Reviewer:  Real Deal "Alvin Lee" (Spring Grove, IL USA)  See all my reviews >

14 four and a half ounce cups makes this coffeemakers capacity nine ounces less than your conventional 12 cup maker!
I tried to make 3 different pots 14 cups, then 10, then 6.
It overflowed every single time getting coffee grounds into the water tank every single time!
The filter basket is completely flat on the bottom with no taper or pitch whatsoever. This thing can't brew coffe without overflowing.
This is the only item I have ever returned in my entire life!
Shame on you Kitchen-Aid!
Heed my warning! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Best coffee ever!! May 16, 2009 Reviewer:  D. Pierce "Coffee Lover!!" Real Name (Ohio)  See all my reviews >

I was sick of throwing my money away at Starbuck's so I decided to get a coffee maker and brew my own. After some research I chose this KitchenAid coffee maker because of the brand and the looks and reviews on other web sites. It does just as well to a cup of Folgers as our Bunn coffee maker does at work and half the cost!

Doesn't Come Close to Making 14 Cups September 7, 2008 Reviewer:  N. West "Purist" Real Name (Hemet, CA, USA)  See all my reviews >

The coffee maker promo says it makes 14 cups and I suppose it would make 13 if one doesn't mind a lot of coffee grounds in one's coffee. I used the coffee filters that came with this coffee maker and also tried the "gold basket" that comes with this unit and had trouble getting even 8 cups without coffee grounds using either. I guess there are taller coffee filters for sale somewhere and that might do the trick but I'm returning this coffee maker because the flavor of the same coffee I've used for years is no better than the cheap free Gevalia coffee maker gives me. I'm going to buy the French Press, hear it makes the best coffee and gives 8 cups without grounds, costs [less]!

I love my coffeemaker September 14, 2009 Reviewer:  mel "melm" (Fl)  See all my reviews >

I've had other coffeemakers this is the best one i have ever had The programmable part works great one of the best things about this maker is the timer on it that tells you how long it's been since you brewed the coffee.

Poor quality! September 2, 2009 Reviewer:  HappyHarv See all my reviews >

Our old KitchenAid 12 cup coffeemaker died after many years of use, so, I ordered this one. Well, KitchenAid definitely isn't made in America anymore. The coffeemaker was very poor quality and was thrown together without thinking at all. The white coffeemaker has a BLACK cord and the parts are very cheaply made (Our old 12 cup held more than the new 14 cup). KitchenAid should be embarrassed to put their name on this appliance.

Electrical problem on the old one. Can it be fixed? Where?

The worst coffee maker I have had December 18, 2008 Reviewer:  unhappytx "LisaK" (Houston TX)  See all my reviews >

This coffee pot really is not worth the money I have had two replacements in a year and I finally give up and going to buy something else because for the money you pay it should have a better life to it. I like the red because it matches my other appliances but I wont buy another coffeemaker from Kitchen Aid.
