I love this attachment! It saves so much money to grind our own meat, even my husband loves it! It's easy to use, cleans up easily in the dishwasher without rusting, and the parts are sturdy. Well worth the money!

I received this as a gift. It's very easy to use and clean. I use mine for mincing ham and grinding nuts. Just make sure you tighten the screw when attaching to the mixer. I didn't tighten it enough one time and it fell off while the meat was grinding.

This item nearly killed my beautiful white year-old K'Aid K5SSUW Stand Mixer!! It does not meet any of my expectations.

The mixer has started to labor a few minutes into using it,
the transmission began the have a seizure! I immediately turned the mixer off.

After that, the mixer was totally inoperable for several days, but miraculously it seems to have rebounded and recuperated from the tragedy it had suffered!

This grinder is ALL PLASTIC, and even the pusher is as well! The wooden one shown is NOT the one that you'll get! It's false advertising.

It leaks blood and fluid from the hopper back into the mixer's internal mechanism, causing the machine to have some serious problems!!

I've always wanted one of these, but now however, I truly regret ever buying this piece of junk!! Some K'Aid products are good and reliable but NOT THIS ONE!!!

It has some serious issues and design flaws.

Attaches right on, & easy to use. Has 2 plates for fine and course. It was gross but amazing grinding my own meat. It tasted great, and we'll use it again. Happy with my attachment and love my mixer too.

If you do not screw it on tightly it can come loose, I think that's what the last review was about...I had to turn it off and attach it better, and then had no other problems. (the black knob on right of mixer)

This attachment works perfectly if you follow the directions. I cube the meats into 1 inch cubes and run the machine on #4 and it works wonderful. I'm very happy with it and it's saving me money. You just can't beat the quality of doing it yourself.

I recently purchased this item for grinding deer meat. This item worked great. I followed the directions and everything was a breeze including clean up. I looked at other grinders and they were way to expensive. This was perfect for the expense. I would recommend this to anyone who needs meat ground and can follow directions.

I've used my grinder attachment for 15 years. I have never had any problems. Its probably not necessary, but I do recommend grinding the meat twice, first with the coarse attachment and then either repeat with the coarse or fine.

Buying a second for our second mixer so we can grind twice as fast!
