This is a great mixer, it does incredible amounts of flower and has the bigger 6qt bowl (which allows easier access to add ingredients). I've only had it a short time, but it is a time saver for a mother of 2 who has a hubby who likes homemade meals. It has the attachment cover that also flips up and stays attached unlike the other models that come off (easier to lose). It also has a fancier handle for the lift that is easier to grab when flour and butter are all over your hands.. This 575 watt mixer is incredible and it mixes everything to the perfect consistency without wearing out our aging wrists. It is also a bit heavier and a tad taller than the other models, but she looks like a beauty on the counter and it's not like you put it in and out of the cabinet everyday. It is very easy to clean and it's right there ready to go on your counter everyday. I find that I'm cooking more with it because I'm not hunting bowls out of the cabinets. However, still rating it a 5, it is a bit louder than the cheaper models. I'm assuming that is because of the jump from 375 to 575 watts. Just something I noticed after being at a friends house who has the 375 watt one, but it's still worth the 5 stars and more.
