I got the hideaway the day after I got my 8 week old kitten.It was so easy to set up, I didn't even touch the instructions!Bella dove right into the hideaway.She loves playing in the cube, and she just started using the scratch post!I was hoping to add on with a tower and the climbing hill,butt it's just to expensive for these times.I think it is a more reasonable price.I'm just glad she got a scratch post!!!Thank you!!!

I accidentally got 2 of these from my registry. I was happy to find that my cats love them and they can be stacked or put together. I just wish they were a little bit heavier because my kittens always tip it over. They have also already ripped off one of the bell balls after only having it for a week.

I'm a first time cat owner and just got two kittens. I've had this about a day and my cat was already jumping in before i even finished setting it up. He went straight to the scratching post, instead of my furniture. He managed to break one of the balls off but now pushes it around my apartment. I love that the pieces can hook together. I also have the climbing hill and my kitties love it.

I just adopted a kitten the other day and she is 3 months old. Before I brought her home I was looking for a perfect play place and I definitely made a good choice! She loves this! At first it was still foreign to her but when she learned she could go in/out, she's crawled in and rested in it and sleeps on top, she even uses it as a stepping stone to get up on our bed. She doesn't really play much with the cat toys hanging down and she didn't understand the scratching post till I demonstrated it for her and now she uses it in substitute of other things. The only thing about this product is to watch out when you're playing playful with your kitty or other kittens are at play. My kitten has made this topple over standing on top. It is a good price for an all in one product!

I bought the tower first and then bought the hideaway for my cats! This fit very easily to my tower, and I've experimented with a few combinations already. These items are a really good value and I plan on buying more to make a huge play area for my cats. So far they love it, and it's so entertaining to watch them amuse themselves! This item is very sturdy and also doubles as a sleeping area. Great value!

I bought a tower one 3 months ago, and I decided to make the unit bigger. Put the tower and this hideaway together 2 weeks ago. it really helps them getting some exercise, since they have to stay inside all day long. I was getting worried when my 4 year old cat started gaining weight~~ but now he is fooling around on the kitty city so much with the younger cat, he is actually starting to slim down!

I have two kittens and they LOVE this! It was very easy to put together and I didnt even need the instructions. There was only 2 concerns that I have now that they play with it everyday. Sometimes I come home and it is tipped over, maybe they are just too rough! It is a very light design and unlike those pricey carpeted scratch posts this offers the kittens much more. The only other concern I might have is that with the two kittens they scratch at each other through the fabric. They have yet to rip it but everytime they are scratching at each other through it I cringe thinking they are going to rip it. I am excited to buy them more of the pieces to build onto this one. It is alot less exspenive then the carpeted play stands you find in the pet store!
