Worked with Chocoley Compound, Won't Work For Couverture March 20, 2008 Reviewer:  Hostess with the Mostest "TinaL" (N.Dakota)  See all my reviews >

I used this with two flavors of Chocoley Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Chocolate (Chocoley is the world's best brand of chocolate, even if nobody has ever heard of it!) and found it very convenient for making dipped goodies. I liked being able to work with both dark and white chocolate at the same time.

One word of caution, don't plan to use this product if you're using a couverture or ultra couverutre chocolate, as it's a melter not a temperer. If you don't temper real chocolate it's not going to turn out right. But if you can find a decent high quality compound that doesn't need tempered, like the Chocoley Bada Bing Bada Boom, then it's worth using this for sure.
