I was hesitant about ordering this after reading the reviews and so many people complaining of not receiving all the pieces upon arrival. Well.....let me add my complain to the list. All I got were the rails!! And they looked like they have already been used, all scratched up.. I havent had time to call to have the other pieces sent to me but that is entirely beside the point. I shouldnt have to call - the order should have come all together at one time without the hassle of waiting longer to use a product I ordered in good faith. I'm thinking Target needs to do some serious rethinking about the employees that package their items....if they can't do the job, get someone who can! Read reviews on other products and you'll see where lots of items are shipped without all the pieces and in bad condition....

I can't believe I'm doing a review on a bed frame, well here it is, super sturdy, rolls easy, or can lock so it can't roll. I would have gave it 5 stars but it came bent on the part that you attach it to a headboard right where the bolt goes through, I'm sure that was [delivery's] fault though cause the box was damaged there. The other reason for not giving it the 5th star was because I don't look forward to the day when I have to take it apart to get it out of the room because of the way it was assembled you have to hammer these two pieces together for a tight fit and I don't see how it's ever going to come apart now ! (It's in the design)

I purchased the bed frame after reading the other reviews and expected it to be great. When I received the package and opened it I was surprised to find only the rails and crossbars. They forgot to send all the small stuff to assemble it. However, when I called to inquire about it Target was really great about sending a replacement with no questions asked. They handled it without any troubles or frustrations on my end, so I was very happy about that. So I am still waiting to see if the bed frame is as great as everyone says it is.

I was able to put two of these twin frames together in 10 minutes,so easy!I also like the way the coasters are on there for easy moving of the beds!

This was a great buy and a quick delivery. We put it together in less than 5 minutes and was able to quickly attached it to a great headboard.

I ordered the queen size bed frame and I am very satified with it. It costs more than other bed frames I've seen but when I recieved it I knew why. The frame is extra solid and the assembly is so easy, it was worth the extra money. The delivery time was extremely fast also.

I received my twin-sized bed frame, and one of the pieces was severely bent. I managed to bend it back in shape though with a pair pliers - not able to do it all the way, but this frame is really nice -- easy to put together and bolt to a headboard.

The construction of the frame is nice. However mine was delivered in a box that looked like it had been run over by a truck. The box was torn and dirty. We opened it up and the frame was okay except for scratches along the rails. Even the instructions were rolled into a ball and shoved into the box. When we unrolled them they too had mud and dirt all over it. Also there were no screws in the box to attach a headboard, which we ordered at the same time. I don't know what happened to this package but it was a disappointment.

Assembled by myself in 5 minutes - all parts there - note to other reviewer, the center bar is only available in queen, king size, not for smaller frames.
