I bought this printer for the WiFi connection options. I have 4 computers in my house all networked. When I attempted to load the printer onto my daughters Lenovo netbook, the driver software was causing Windows to take over 15 minutes to load. I contacted tech support and after 4 hours of wasting my time I was told it was a problem with Windows and I needed to use my recovery disk. I was also told I would be contacted by a supervisor at tech support (never happened). So I used the recovery disk and again tried to load the printer and was left with the same problem. Still no call back from tech support. Its a shame, the concept of the product is nice, it just doesnt work.

Loading the drivers where very simple and easy. I followed the installation instructions and it was quick and simple. I have four computers and I contacted all of them on a secure wireless network to the printer. It prints crisp and clear. The only issue was windows vista, I had to install twice, but the second time it work without any problems

This is a great product for the price.....I had no problems installing to my network. I have three computers; one Vista, one Mac, and one XP. The software was easy to install and the printer works great.
