    Versatile cast iron skillet is pre–seasoned and ready to use right out of the box. Cast iron is best for even heating, heat retention and an excellent source of nutritional iron. Convenient pouring lip on 2 sides. Sloped sides, looped handle and convenient assist handle for easily managing hefty loads. Can be used on a campfire, stovetop, oven and can slow cook foods. Clean with hot water and stiff brush, dry thoroughly with towel. 10 1/4" diameter; 2" deep

I wanted a skillet made in the USA (I wont buy anything made in China). Lodge is a family-owned business that has made cast iron cooking products since 1896. [...]. I bought it from Target for [a great price]. I made an artichoke frittata in it the other day. It was delicious! The skillet is pre-seasoned and easy to clean. I LOVE it!
