This pan is so awesome! You rub a little olive oil and let it heat up. Then you place a chicken breast or halibut or salmon steak and let it cook away. Don't try to remove the meat too early or shards of flesh are left for you to clean. Then the meat comes away with grill marks and tasting so good!. Then you clean the pan in hot water with a stiff brush, no soap.
