I purchased an ottoman and club chair. They didn't come with the 8 washers indicated in the instructions that go on before screwing in the legs of both items. Also, one of the ottoman legs was missing the white plastic piece that goes at the bottom of the leg to protect the floor (it came with 3, so the ottoman is not balanced). The representative said they can't get the manufacturer to send me the 8 washers and one plastic piece. All they can do is resend another club chair and ottoman. It's logic and logistics like that which help me to understand why Target's 4Q '09 sales are down -41%. Thanks for nothing Target - you did not resolve a simple request to send me (in an envelope) the missing parts that I paid for. Instead, you've told me to go out and purchase the missing parts and I'll get reimbursed. My clients pay [price] an hour for my services - if it takes me an hour and a half to go out and purchase [price] worth of missing parts and install them, are you going to reimburse me for my time as well?
