These speakers put out very good sound for the money. The speakers can be turned all the way off with the volume knob which is good as some other speakers do not have this feature. They are good for watching movies and listening to music on the computer. If you like a lot of bass when listening to music, you may want to get other speakers that have a subwoofer. As I don't like a lot of bass, these speakers are a very good value for the money.

I bought these speakers because my laptop speakers are sounding like garbage, these are excellent stand-alone speakers. They are clear and loud. I have had no problems with "tinny" sounds our "buzzing".
Now if you REALLY want to turn it up, for just 10 bucks more you can get the X-240 which has the Subwoofer. It has crazy good sound. I did not buy it because I have no place to put the subwoofer.
Remember to turn up your computers volume to make your speakers as loud and clear as possiable.

I was looking for something simple and not too expensive and these were great speakers for the price. They are easy to connect and sound great when playing games and even movies. I highly recommend these speakers.

I buy it at target today. The sound is not bad for [......], but the transformer inside the speaker is very noise especially at night. If u really need a good speakers, dont buy it.

The sound from the speakers is shallow and sounds like your in a long hallway. I an disappointed with these and am considering taking them back.

For the money, these speakers are pretty good. The highs are clear providing you tweak your EQ to boost treble; however, they are not as crystal-clear sharp as some speakers with metallic tweeters. The mids are perfectly acceptable if not a bit muffled, and the lower end (starting around 250hz I would say) is non-existant.
Volume is surprisingly powerful considering they are rated 5 watts RMS.
They blow away my laptop speakers and the speakers built into my monitor.

Logitech usually comes through for me, and these speakers don't disappoint. They are a great double-upgrade from the low-tech versions that come with an ensemble both in style and, particularly, sound quality.

These speakers are great. The shipping time was a little off though, they spent one week processing the order, but that won't matter for the review! :D When I first plugged them in, it was so awesome! When I had to go for the weekend, I missed it so much! Great speakers, good sound, WOULD RECOMMEND!
