Overall, pretty happy with this, although the top piece arrived with two sizable gashes in it. I already had it 95% assembled by the time I noticed this (sigh...of course. next time i'll learn to inspect everything first!) so I'm not asking for a replacement part because it would be too much of a pain to de- and re-assemble. Hearing that both the other reviewers have had similiar problems with it arriving damaged in a little concerning. Otherwise, it is very pretty (overlooking the damage).

The tv stand is better looking in person than the picture shown on line. The glass piece had a crack, so I called the manufacturer. They sent the replacement piece the second day and it arrived 4 days later like they promised. Very satisfied.

This tv stand looks great. The picture makes the wood look like plastic, but it really looks like smooth wood. Easily fits my three components (dvd player, tivo and receiver) unstacked on the shelf with room to spare. Minor damage to some parts [...]. Took a couple hours to put together by myself, but it is worth it.
