I don't think the magnets on the back of the letters are strong enough. They certainly won't hold a picture up on my fridge. My kids pocketed a few and they went through the wash. The colored portion just washed away. It must be made of some kind of paper. I went out and purchased some plastic magnetic letters for the kids instead. This was a waste of money.

Its kinda funny, but adults can't seem to resist these letters !!
Sometimes it seems they play with them more than the toddler they were purchased for. Oh well, at least they provide entertainment for all ages. Put 'em all on the frig and watch the fun happen.
