I paid for the overnight speedy shipping so I could take this on a trip, only to find that I also needed the connectors... Wish I'd known.
The product is good, like all Medela products.

I purchased the Medela breast pump (which is awesome also and worth the money) but being a large breasted woman the standard breastshields that were included were very uncomfortable and way too small. After upgrading the the XL shields I was a a lot more comfortable. My production increased immediately. I definatly recommend buying a larger size shield if there is any discomfort while pumping.

I wish I'd known about these larger-sized breast shields from the beginning (and they're not easy to find!). They really helped me pump more milk when I needed to. Not horribly expensive either, and definitely worth the price!

I am very pleased with all of the products that Medela has to offer. My lactation consultant suggested the pump. When I got the pump I found that the standard cups were just not big enough. These are perfect. I have used the large and extra large. I have not had any discomfort from pumping and no soreness later. I would recommend highly! I even have a Medela hand pump that the hospital gave me. I believe it is the Harmony and these cups fit that as well.

I go back and forth between the Large and the Extra Large sizes for these breastshields. They are great! I am happy with all of my Medela products.

I was having a lot of problem pumping secondary to very sore breast. I have rather large breast and big areolas. I spoke to a lactation consultant who recommended a different size breastshield. I didnt even know there were size options! It made all the difference in the world! I probably would have quit pumping had I not discovered these comfy larger breast shields.
