For the past several years, Target has offered the Cherokee polos, which I found to be a perfect fit, given my tall and slim build. Unfortunately, when Target chose to discontinue the line and introduce the Merona Ultimate collection, they also changed the size of the patterns. While the new polos appear to be made of the same quality construction as the previous version, they no longer fit me well, and I am left to go elsewhere for my shirt purchases.

Polo type shirts are my standard casual top, and I am rather particular with regard to clothing. I needed a shirt quickly, and I was initially skeptical because of its inexpensive price and lack of a designer name, but WOW! Target proved my perceptions wrong. I have purchased polo style shirts ranging in price from $ to $, and I am finding that the Merona polo shirt is of the same quality of these brands, minus the pretentious logo. And the colors are vibrant wash after wash. I am hooked on Merona.

I purchased this polo for my husband before we went to Florida. He wore it for golf one day...95+ degrees! While he was worn out...the shirt was in good shape! It's been through 'the wash' and it is still soft and sturdy. I will purchase more of this style.
I was worried a bit, because this is NOT an expensive polo, but it should be!
