I needed a small piece of furniture to stage my house while it was for sale without spending a bunch of money. The chair is beautiful, appears to be much spendier than it actually was and really updated my room without draining my account. I love to see my friends faces when they hear that it was from Target-online. It is soft to the touch and I like the firmness of it. The color is richer than the pic appears online, which does make it difficult to match things to online and it does take some time to assemble (but isn't too difficult, as my 13 yr old son did it with his friend) I would give it a five star if it weren't for those two items. However, you will not hear me complain about it. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and wish I would of bought it before putting my house up for sale!

I received the loveseat today morning. First thing I did was checked if everything was there. I was very impressed with the color and material. Its a beautiful chocolate brown darker than the picture. As I started to assemble it with my husband, we saw that 3 of the four legs were damaged , there was a crack in each of them that ran through the length of the legs. I called the customer service and I hoped that they would send in just the legs.
But they said the entire loveseat will have to be returned and they will ship another one. The wait will be so frustrating. I have also ordered the sofa form the same line. Hope it arrives in perfect condition.

This is not an expensive loveseat. It will not have the bells and whistles of pre-assembled couches bought at a premium in department and other stores. What it does have is good value for its price.

I bought it for my campus studio apartment and I really like it.

I found it easy to assemble. I had read the reviews here before I bought it and one lady very helpfully mentioned velcro at the back of the base.

At some point the instructions tell you (and show you) to screw in some screws. It appears impossible to screw them in at the angle shown, BUT flip the backside over and pull at the black cloth. Not the sides with the staples - the side that appears to have nothing keeping it down but stitching. THAT'S where the velcro is. After that you will see the holes and construction can re-commence.

The couch is a chocolate brown and looks very nice. The "suede" is very attractive and smooth. I haven't spilled anything on it yet so I can't test the easy clean claim. I can tell you that it is sturdy and feels very comfortable if you like a firm back and base.

I recommend it.

The color is more brown that the picture which was fine. It came in a really big box in about 5 pieces along with the legs and cushions. It really wasn't too bad to assemble (about 20 minutes by myself). It is not too bulky looking. Very slim, sleek design. Great loveseat for the price. Pretty comfortable too.

We ordered the loveseat and matching sofa for our small office space -- we are psychologists and wanted our space to seem homey and comfortable. The color of the pieces is much darker and richer than the picture shows, and I think much more beautiful. The only downside is that when you sit on the loveseat or even touch the suede-like fabric, you leave a "mark" that goes away when you "wipe" it with your hand. I hope that makes sense . . . not really a big deal to us. The pieces required some assembly, but nothing too complicated. They are a little firm, but perfect for therapy. Overall, the size, style and simplicity of the set were perfect for our office. We actually also bought the metropolitan dark brown leather loveseat as well, and are really disappointed that it is not available anymore! Please bring it back Target!

I bought this loveseat for my cottage and the fabric and color make everything else in the room look ugly. The material must be "brushed" so it doesn't look like a complete mess. I am headed to target now to try to get a slipcover..

I purchased this loveseat & paired it with the Dolce chairs sold on Target & they look great. It takes some time to assemble but well worth the sweat you work up. The cushion is VERY firm but I'm sure over time it will not be that way. I recommend it.

First things first, the color is actually deep chocolate, darker than in the picture which is nice. But putting this together was difficult. You will need someone else to hold the pieces together while you assemble. Also, this couch is hard, not firm as some people say. I fell asleep once on it and woke up to sore muscles/back. It gets 2 starts because of the price (I got it for free shipping) and the size (fits right in my studio apartment)

Putting the loveseat together was a bit trickier than we would have liked -- two of the large bolts didn't fit properly and we had to fashion a make-do solution -- but all's well that ends well. The loveseat is very attractive and comfortable, an outstanding value for the price. We will most likely buy another piece of furniture from Target.com to meet our future needs.
