I decided to change my wicker-furnished sunroom into a second living room, so my teenaged daughter could have somewhere (away from her much yonger siblings) to entertain her friends. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, was looking around, and found this. I bought it, along with the chair. The price wasn't bad, especially with the 15% off and free shipping!

It arrived in two days! My husband surprised me and put it together while I was at work. He said it didn't take long at all and wasn't difficult to put together by himself.

I'm agreement with others about the color of the wood trim - it's more mahogany/deep red (when I think "espresso" I think really dark brown/almost black). But, I was expecting this after reading other reviews so it's not a problem for me.

You don't sink into the cushions, but they're not hard either. Very comfortable. There are a few knicks here and there (but they could be hubby's doing!) and the seat cushions on the loveseat are not smooth across the front (they're a little "wrinkled"). The seat cushion on the chair is perfectly smooth, though. We'll be ordering the ottoman, too. It also "moves" with you when you go to get up, but we're planning to put an area rug down anyway, so I'm thinking that will take care of that.

Not a set I would want for a formal room or to last forever, but for our purpose of accomodating teenagers, I think it'll work just fine.

This love seat is just what we wanted, small
enough to fit into a second bedroom room, but
quite comfortable. I was a little worried
when it arrived in a truly giant box but it does come as a do it yourself
kit in about 4 smaller packages (including
the seat cushions, which are the largest, of course).
The directions are minimal. (Where do those 4
bent washers go--I guessed and it seems to have worked.)
I didn't like that you have to to put four screws
through the bottom (through black mesh fabric),
but otherwise smooth sailing. After assembling
many products over the years, this one's just
as simple. We were up and sitting on our new
piece of furniture in about a half an hour. The
synthetic/durable suede cover is very nice and doesn't
look cheap at all. It's a perfect addition to our
new apartment here in NYC. And one more thing--shipping
at Target.com seems to be a lot more sane (cheaper
and accessible) than with [another DIY retailer]. We're very pleased.

that the milano furniture is what another viewer said about having it for temporary furniture. I have it for my massage lobby & have gotten compliments, but it's not a loveseat that I'd want to lay on while watching a movie in my house. Looks great on the eyes, but can see how it's not the most permanent furniture you'll spend money on.

I ordered this loveseat to complete the set, I already own the sofa and the chair/ottoman. It was delivered the very next day, which was surprising since I used standard shipping, not overnight or 2nd day. The box it came in was in great condition, no damage during shipping, all the pieces were there and in great condition, and all the hardware was accounted for, we were even sent 2 extra screws. My husband and I put it together (it does take 2 people) in about half an hour. It looks wonderful with the rest of our set, we could not be happier!

I bought this (and the matching chair and ottoman) for my small first apartment. It's great. The love seat isn't for sprawling out but it looks nice and is comforable for company. The chair and ottoman are very comfortable for stretching out. It's perfect for the first time furniture buyer who doesn't want to spend $1000 on a couch or someone looking for den/office furniture in a more established house.

We have a small place, and this loveseat is the perfect size. Only 5 feet long, it still seats two people comfortably.

If you have ever put a piece of furniture together before, this won't be a problem. I put it together by myself in about 45 minutes. It would have been nicer with an extra set of hands though.

The wood is not as dark as it shows in the photo. I was worried it was going to be black looking, but it's not. It's definitely just a dark brown.

GREAT starter couch for a student on a budget.

This is a great loveseat for the price. VERY easy to put together and sits nicely. We needed something smaller for an area in our living room and this worked perfectly.

Very comtemporary looking. Microfiber is easy to clean and with 4 young boys (and their friends) along with a dog and cats, this was a great buy!

When you think love seat...think LOVIN. This thing can handle a big woman. Cheetos are no match for this beast. I don't care what kind of wood it is... I've spilled beer all over it... still holding strong since 2K7!!!
