I bought this to try to relieve pressure from the baby weight to reduce swelling in my legs. It would have been great - except it is way too large. The sizing chart on the box should really be listed here, so here it is:
Petite: Pant Size 0-5, Current Weight 90-135
Small: Pant Size 6-12, Current Weight 136-180
Medium: Pant Size 13-18, Current Weight 181-225
Large: Pant Size 20-28, Current Weight 226-270
Note that the pant size is your pre-pregnancy pant size.

I bought this because I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and I thought it would help relieve my back pain while walking around. It does relieve it some but it moves up my back and I am constantly trying to get it back down. Also, it made my back sweat alot, and being prenant with twins in the summer is hot enough. I would not buy this again.

After trying several other support garments, I finally found the one. This is easy to put on, has many "settings" for size (I think four), and does not bunch, ride up, or create an unsightly bulge. And there is no velcro to ruin your clothes! I really noticed the effectiveness on a walk, when I ordinarily would have had pretty bad lower back pain, and sciatic pain down the leg. I had only about 10% of the discomfort I would normally have. For the price, you can't do better!

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my doctor recommended a pregnancy belt because the baby is riding low and the pressure may increase my risk of pre-term delivery. She said just a simple elastic belt should suffice, so I went with this simple and inexpensive option. I like that it does not have velcro. It closes with 3 bra style hook-and-eye closures. It has three different spots on the band that it can hook, giving you a decent range of band sizes. Luckily, I saw the product's size chart listed on another review which I will repost here for you:
Petite: Pant Size 0-5, Current Weight 90-135
Small: Pant Size 6-12, Current Weight 136-180
Medium: Pant Size 13-18, Current Weight 181-225
Large: Pant Size 20-28, Current Weight 226-270
Note that the pant size is your pre-pregnancy pant size.
I am currently about 167lb, was pre-pregnancy about a 10/12 and I purchased the size Small and I have to wear it on the outermost hooks. I would have gone a size up if I wasn't so far along, just to have room for growth. It is pretty comfortable, I forget I'm wearing it most of the time. I have only had it a few days so I can't say how well it holds up, but I only have 8 weeks left of my pregnancy. As long as it holds up that long, for the price I paid I'll be happy.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and my husband bought me this belt to help relieve round ligament pain and sciatic pain on my right side. As soon as I put the belt on I noticed a difference. I haven't worn it for extended periods of time, but for the past 5 hours I have felt great relief!

This was very small and as I wore it the Cradle moved up my body as the day went on. I recommend spending $30+ and getting one that has a support for the back and a strap that goes over the top of your belly to keep it in place. The only one I could find was not carried by Target, [...].

I am not pregnant. I had several operations which left me with a swollen abdomen. In fact, I look 6 months pregnant. So I ordered this mini cradle to help hold my belly and help my back. It works better than I anticipated. My back and belly pain were signifcantly reduced. I told my surgeon so he could recommend this cradle. Even a man could use it as he doesn't have to go in a maternity store. I give it 5 stars out of 5.

1st Pregnancy - Wonderful Product

I bought one of the more expensive belts and hated it. The velcro got stuck to my clothes and the excess flap had nowhere to go so just hung there. I returned it. This product is great because it uses hooks (like the ones on your bra) and the excess is tucked behind the belt. The belt also has 3 levels so you can adjust it. I was having horrible pelvis pain and this belt has essentially eliminated that pain. I feel so much better. The belt is very comfortable and I forget I have it on. I highly recommend this belt.

With my last pregnancy I had twins and I had the "Best Cradle". However it was not adjustable at all. That's one thing this belt has over more expensive models. It has three notches. It does not roll up on me unless I place it too low on the belly. (It rests on your actual belly people, not below it. Just look at the photo.)
Anyway, I took this on a trip to Vegas and it was FANTASTIC. If I felt it was too tight after like 5 hours of wearing it, I just loosened it one setting. I am wearing size 12 pants right now and I have a size SMALL belt. I think SMALL is best for most women. I am using the middle notch setting 90% of the time and I usually take it off if I sit down in like a restaurant, etc.
Anyway, I ordered this belt because of the price and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I love it. Also, I like that a belt keeps the baby up higher and I have had great relief of my crotch pain. (I was really hurting before I got this thing. Seriously. It's SO gone now.)
I would have paid more. :)
