Sturdy, handsome - worth the $$$ May 18, 2009 Reviewer:  Extreme Target Shopper (Avondale Estates, GA United States)  See all my reviews >

If I didn't know better, I would swear this piece was part of the relatively expensive bedroom set I bought at a major furniture retailer in 2001. Even the decorative detail is the same. Yes, take care to make sure you're reading the directions as you do NOT put cam pins in every hole in the top (read twice, insert once?). Yes, have a rubber mallet available to tap gently.

The only thing I'll do is drill extra holes in the back as the compartment with the DVR seems to get very warm. Lack of ventilation earns the 4 stars instead of a full 5.

Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Beautiful! Assembly is a breeze! May 21, 2009 Reviewer:  Target ROCKS! (San Leandro, CA, USA)  See all my reviews >

I had been looking for weeks at higher-end retailers for a TV stand that was not the typical "black and chrome" design, when I came across this one. The price was absolutely right, and I loved the look.
It took me all of an hour to put together- the instructions were so easy to follow.
This is a beautiful piece of furniture, as well as being extremely sturdy. I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic -- sturdy May 20, 2009 Reviewer:  Shopaholic "Peggy Sue" (Phoenix, AZ, USA)  See all my reviews >

What a deal! I can't believe this was so inexpensive. I'd spent days searching the internet, furniture stores, Best Buy, etc. and saw the same piece for three times the price. The quality is excellent -- one warning though -- it's very heavy. It took three of us to put it into position once it was assembled.

Holes wrong, equipment over heats October 25, 2009 Reviewer:  Old Dude "Old Dude" (Temple, TX)  See all my reviews >

I bought TV stand, computer desk, and two end tables. For real wood tables, price is hard to beat. However, on the TV stand the hole set for one of the glass doors was inverted which was a major problem. The metal handles would have not matched at all. I didn't get a good feel from the recorded message from the help line, so I drilled new holes myself to compensate. I hate building a piece of furniture and finding on the last step a major cosmetic screw-up. As if I am going to take back and lose 2 hours work when this was the last one in stock in the region. So now it looks okay, but my xbox shut down from over heating in the completely enclosed compartment. So hot that I could hardly handle it. All component seemed like from a convection oven. I intend to take off the fiber board back. You should not even put it own. No vent holes. The other pieces were good and make a nice set on a budget, but these were two major flaws on the TV stand.

great look, quality & price July 21, 2009 Reviewer:  bargain hunter (chicago, il)  See all my reviews >

I bought this to support our new 42" TV, and after a few months it is holding up great. The color is darker than pictured and actually much better looking. The quality is great, I had some trouble with assembly as some of the screw holes were misaligned, but it was nothing a power drill couldn't fix. The piece also came with counter weights that you screw onto the bottom, a great feature when you have a large TV. I also bought the folding shelves from this line to house our DVD collection, and I plan on buying the console table because the line looks so nice, and best of all, no plastic parts!

Mission TV Stand July 8, 2009 Reviewer:  Happy Shopper "Debbie O" (MI)  See all my reviews >

I had been looking for months for a "cabinet" that I could store DVD/CD's in that would fit a particular place in our living room (and look good). Glad I waited and didn't settle - this is exactly what I had in mind. Nice piece of furniture. Requires assembly, but must not be too bad, as my husband didn't fuss at me. This is not just a TV stand (we actually do not have our TV on it).

Beautiful, Sturdy and easy to put together!! July 6, 2009 Reviewer:  layla steal "Layla" (Pinetops, NC, USA)  See all my reviews >

it's a great piece of furniture, it has a nice style to it, made mostly of real wood except for the pieces that you don't really see, it was very easy to put together, and it's very sturdy! it actually has some pretty good engineering to it.
The color is beautiful but darker than what it looks like on the website, it's more of an orangy brown, not so golden, also, on the website the glass may seem etched but it's not.
All in all it's a great piece, I love it!

I saw this online but wanted to see it in the store. Its really pretty and a solid piece. It matches withe my otehr country furniture. It fit my 42" very well. Took about 1 hour to put together with only 1 person. It was very easy. Its very pretty and has holes on the back for wires and ventillation. I highly reccomend!

Incredible Value June 27, 2009 Reviewer:  HappyOyster (San Francisco, CA)  See all my reviews >

This is a beautiful and functional piece of furniture, made of REAL WOOD and glass with nice hardware. It went together pretty easily in about an hour, with just a screwdriver. The finish goes well with our hardwood floors and antique oak dining table. It is about half the price of comparable wood TV cabinets. Check it out at your local store, you have to see it to believe it. Be sure to measure your components to make sure they'll fit!

Beautiful and Sturdy TV Stand November 9, 2009 Reviewer:  Beaverton Roll (Oregon)  See all my reviews >

We purchased this TV stand to replace a glass and metal model that we had and to match other older mission furniture. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture. The simple lines and the glass doors make for a very attractive, clean look. It took about an hour to put together. The only issue we had is that our 5 disk DVD changer was a bit deep for one of the shelves, so we had to cut a small hole in the wood veneer in the back. The problem was easily solved and it looks amazing! Great value and an awesome looking piece of furniture!
