I love everything about this jacket. I get lots of compliments on it. BUT, the jacket smells terrible. It came like this. Probably the odor of the sweat shop where it was made. I mean it really does smell just like burned bacon!!!!

It looks SOOO cute from the front, but from the side I look like a weeble (remember those?) or an oompa loompa. For some reason, they put in a huge thick PLEAT in the back instead of keeping the silhouette trim, so even though it looks very trim from the front, from the side it makes a big butt and/or belly look even BIGGER! PLUS SIZE GALS, BEWARE!!!!!
The Indigo color is nice...it's actually a tiny blue stripe.

I really love this coat. I saw it in the store, tried it on and bought it right away. However, once I got it home and cut the little string that keeps the pleats together in back, it belled out and gives a rather "pregnant" look to the wearer. I still love the coat, it's fabric and color and buttons are what drew me to it, however I am somewhat self conscious when I wear it because of the bell shape that it gives me. If playing with silhouettes is your thing though, this coat is for you!

I am 5'3" and 130lbs and this made me look pregnant. I can see how it might look good on someone taller and more endowed. The small was way too big, also.

I didnt' notice the smell so much as the sand in the pockets - that's just too weird. I washed my hands and took it back - got the navy trenchcoat instead.

i saw this jacket in yellow at the target near me but didn't like the color. i love the way it fits and how stylish it looks. the only problem is the odd smell. i've washed it once, hung it outside and frebreezed it and it still kind of smells. other than that the jacket is outstanding!

Love this little coat. Has a cute casual look to it. I wore it today with jeans and got lots of compliments. It was also raining, and seemed to hold up pretty well and keep the rain off of me. I do agree with the other reviewer, it had an odd smell to it. And there was sand in my pockets when I got it in the mail??? Wierd...but after a washing and I hung it up to dry, it was much better. For the price, this is a really really cute coat.

I love the way this coat looks on. I will say it has the odor of burnt plastic. I've washed it twice and it smells a little better, but still smells.

I really love this little jacket. It is very warm, but most importantly, it looks so cute on. This fabric looks kinda like a big denim weave. It has a stylish retro look. The big buttons are perfectly suited to the coat. I will get a lot of wear out of this one!!
