I bought this for myself about a month ago, in the Dark Sky Heather. It is really soft and comfortable. The fit is true to size. I like the long ribbed hem on the end of the sleeves. The ribbing on the body hem is longer also. It keeps it from looking to plain. Looks good with jeans and/or khakis. Washes well in cold on gentle, line dry due to the rayon in it. No pilling.

It looks good and can easily pass for a base item from a more expensive store. It is VERY soft and has a good fit.
The picture does not show clearly the ribbed parts of the sleeves, and they upgrade it a lot. It can be worn tucked on and outside the skirt or the pants.
My true size is between S and M, I bough size XS by mistake, it's sits very nicely on me but a little provocative, because it's so tight. Today I returned to the store and picked two sweaters in size S in brown and jewelel green colors. I am going to order baby blue - very nice color, but they did not have my size in store. Size M would be baggy on me, but that's true with all Target clothes: their size S is more like size M in a more expensive store.
I will end up with four sweaters in different colors and it is truly worth the price. I am a doctorate student and I teach sometimes, and it is exactly what I need - cosy but appropriate and not boring at all. I can use it with scarves or jewelry or layer them - the combinations are endless.
I had it on for two days in a row and was upset that I had to launder it - I did not want to wear anything else LOL.
