One reason I purchased this tank is because it is made of a cotton/spandex blend. The spandex helps the tank keep its shape and it allows the tank to hug your body at the same time. I avoid tops that are made of 100% cotton because they tend to lose their shape and then they start to look saggy and sloppy after a while. I did not have that problem with this tank.
