I tend to steer away from strapless dresses but this was perfect. It comes with straps as well for those that are not entirely comfortable with going strapless but the elastic band where the belt is located at is more than enough to keep the dress from falling off by accident. I bought the regular size I always wear and it fit perfectly. I have to say that I love the versatility of this dress since you could pair it with flats during the day and at night you could switch to heels for a more glamorous look. The belt is also very cute. My one complaint is that the bust area is a bit loose, mainly the area between my bust and the belt but you cant really tell since the dress is in black. Nonetheless this is by far one of my favorite items from Target.

I like this dress enough to keep. I bought it in a larger size than normal because I have a bigger bust (36C)...it fit well there but a little loose in the waist, even with the belt on the tightest hole.

I'm 5'3 175 lbs and a size 12... so I got the L... and it fits perfect! I love that the elastic on the top will not allow for a malfunction of sorts. It does not look like a "potato sack" as mentioned below. Very pretty and classic.

I got this dress last night to wear to a wedding. I really liked it for a nice, budget friendly dress. For [..] you can't complain. The sizes I found run small. I generally wear a XS or S. The small fit but was a little tight in the butt so I went with a M. Some people are saying there is a lot of extra fabric on the bust. I think it's super cute. I'm very flat chested, so I just pulled the "waist" band part down a little was happy. I think a skinny colored belt would make the dress cuter. And you could pair it with a colored cardigan or blazer and wear it to the office.

I am so happy with this dress. It is perfect for a hot summer day and super sexy on. I am small 5'2" 100 lbs and I got the extra small. I would say that it runs big as it is kind of loose on me and I am going to have to put another notch in the belt to tighten it. A great find at a great price!

I ordered this online then saw it in the store...Man was I disappointed. The material looks a bit flowy in the pic and it is stiff like a burlap sack or linen. I had to go up two sizes and then like the previous review it has too much material between the bust and torso. I wear a 12/14 and had to go to xxl. Just not very flattering dress.

I loved this dress; it's perfect for summer, and can easily go from day to night. I can go between a 12/14 and a large fit well. I probably could have gone for the medium but I have a large bust and was very happy to find a strapless dress that would stay up and not make me look pregnant. I don't know if I'd ever wear heels with it -- I wouldn't say it's that nice -- but cute flip flops would go perfectly. I also agree that the belt was a little loose, but I wouldn't want it to be too snug.

I saw this dress in the store and just had to have it. I normally wear an XS or S in dresses from Target. I ended up getting the S... it fits perfectly. I will say the belt is too big though, I did tried on the XS belt and it fit perfectly... too bad the XS dress was a little snug in butt area. The top is not loose on me like some of the other reviews state but I guess that's becasue I am a little more blessed in the chest area :) I love the dress so much I had to go back and get the black one. I wish there were more colors. I have worn both dresses to work with a cardigan over it and it is super cute. I even like that I can wear my own wide belts with it. I think the skinny belts are too small and show too much of the elastic.

I was walking through the store and saw this dress out of the corner of my eye. I thought it was one of the cutest dresses I have seen in target. I grabbed 2 sizes, S and M (I wear a 5/6). The small was perfect! I may even try the XS. I never have any luck with dresses, but with this, I did. I am getting married in 2 weeks and this is perfect for my honeymoon!
