I called Target customer service and told them I couldn't find my size anywhere. They checked and said the item would be back in stock in 2 to 6 weeks online. Be patient ladies.I plan on wearing these with jeans and sweaters, skirts, cute dresses, boho, western, you name it. Use some imagination because these boots are just fun!

I walk into a Target store And purchase this boot!
Now I own the Black and Tan Frye harness boots. The Moss KAT. Boot Is and Awesome Boot very much in style.
Granted its not the Big price that I did pay for the Fryes, and you might think their not made well. But from this BOOT SNOB I Love them! No break in period My size is 9. And I brought a thick sock and a thin sock and with both it fit
GREAT!!I walk out the store wearing them all day I do think this boot is made very well.

This is a great boot for the money and is nearly identical to the [another brand] boot that retails for [..]. I would recommend this boot.

The only thing I would caution is that the size seems to be a bit on the small size. I typically wear a 7 or 7 1/2. I ordered an 8 to accomodate for socks and they are more like a 7. I know they will stretch however the length won't change so I would recommend if you wear a 7 or 7.5 consider ordering a size 8. Hope this helps.

I bought a pair of brown boots from Target last year that I was convinced were the end all be all of great Target knock-offs, but these have blown me away and are putting the other boots in the give away pile. The color and style are perfect, the construction is wonderful, but, as with all good knock offs the price is paid with the heel and sole, but even with these it isn't that bad. The height is about mid calf, so they will be perfect with jeans (under, over or rolled up) and with skirts. I typically wear a size 9.5 or a 10, but got the 11's since there is no zipper and with socks they fit really well. Today is my first day of breaking them in and my feet don't hurt a bit going into the late afternoon... All in all these are a steal!! Get them!!

I love these boots, I am definitely ordering them from Target in black also. I couldn't find them anywhere, so I checked another site and I got lucky.I just could not wait till Target got them in store, so I looked on the very popular bidding/auction site. They were in a magazine recently and as soon as I saw them ,I wanted them. The thick leather is a plus. A great buy for such style and quality. They fit TTS,Iwear 8-8 1/2 and 8 fit fine.Just pop in your foot and they should be roomy enough .

So I sort of eyed these boots for a long time now, at least 2 months, I tried them on before and took them off not really knowing if I loved them, the only size they had was a 10 at the store and I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, so that one was too loose.
They are definitely heavier boots, not a lightweight sort of thing. So this week at my Target they had only two pairs left, one a 10 and the other a 9.5. I tried them both and the 9.5 felt a little snug and the 10 too loose. I ended up buying the boots although I wasn;t convinced thinking I can return them if I really didn;t like them. So when I came home I wore them around the house with a proper pair of socks and the felt much, muuuuch better. So I decided to keep them based on the price. But now here comes the real hoot. I NEVER REALIZED THAT THEY WERE ACTUALLY MADE OF REAL LEATHER! It never occured to me to check, I mean come on, real leather could not be that cheap right? Well, once my friend pointed out that it states leather on the tag I was totally convinced to keep them, seeing as the will break in nicely. I would say that they run true to size but are not for the wide footed lady/ girl out there, they run narrow IMO. I am sold, these are a uncanny repro of the Frye boot, only differences being of course the price and the fact that they have rubber soles. I recommend them though if you can still find them at the store, according to what I've seen they have sold like hot cakes.

These aren't Fryes, but they're a very good imitation. I only saw the tan ones in store, so I didn't buy them because I assumed (correctly) I would find the black ones online. The color on the tan ones isn't a solid tan, although it is a bit darker IRL than in the picture (assuming the ones I saw in store are "Dark Tan" and not another color variation). I didn't like the harness. It's a bit flimsy and cheap, but other than that I liked the boot. I usually wear a 7 to 7.5 in shoes (6.5-7 in Fryes) but ordered the black ones in an 8. They didn't have 7.5s in store, so I tried on the 7 and 8, and although the 8s were a tiny bit too big I had trouble getting my foot into the 7s, and I have skinny legs so that's something to watch out for. All in all, these won't pass off as Fryes, but I'd recommend.

*ETA* Found these in a 7.5 and they fit great. Foot goes in without a problem. :)

Target keeps promising me I'll get these and that they'll be here sometime in November or early December...I hope they'll come but I'm thinking I'm getting strung along. May have to start saving for a pair of the real thing.

I'd been looking for this style of boot for years and finally found them...and they are real leather! Pros-Great price, very comfortable, and great look. The only con is that the soles make these boots a bit heavy. Overall, very happy with these boots and will be wearing them for many years to come:)
