I got this phone and thought it was a peice of [..]. There is no camara. No internet. No way to get other ringtones then the one it has. It is really stupid. DONT EVER GET THIS PHONE!!!

I bought this phone for my 11 year old for Christmas. He calls all over and does text often too. Never a problem yet. If you buy it for what it is intended to do you won't be disappointed! I paid .......and if it died tomorrow I would just buy a new one. It's not like you paying over a ...... or something. How easy can you waste

I give it 5 STARS and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a simple phone that dosen't have a camera or need internet access.

Hey Teresa...I don't think it is the phone that is stupid. Why don't you learn how to spell before you call anything STUPID! This phone is great for what it is intended to do...make a phone call. I purchased this for my 90 year old mother and it fits the bill perfectly!

This is my very first cellphone and it is beautiful. The only trouble I had was trying to put the battery in. Once I got it in, the rest of the process was easy enough.
I like the flip-phone style, and the graphics. I wish there were more options for the screen-saver and the front panel, but I found something I like.
I bought this phone to use for emergency purposes only. I commute to and from work, and everywhere else, so if something happens, I will have a way to call for help. I haven't told anyone about the phone, and I really don't want to. But it's such a beautiful phone - I want to take it out just to look at it. But I won't.

My old Moto Tracfone (V170) lasted 3 years with low level use. The only complaint: the date & day couldn't be displayed on the main menu. I knew this new phone would have the same issue but it came bundled with DMFL at a good price.

Because Tracfone CS is located in India & because I was transfering my old number & minutes, I opted to use the web. It disabled my old phone & didn't activate the new one so I did have to call CS but everything was fine in a few minutes. CS rep accidentally gave extra airtime & service but didn't seem to care. People who report serious issues with activation are probably not fully prepared & following instructions.

The phone is cheaply made with a flat keypad which is frustrating as it often results in pushing the wrong button. This phone does not have the ability to download. Ring tones are high pitched and annoying. The wallpaper comes in 5 fairly non-exciting choices. There are 3 games which are very... graphically challenged.

The master volume which should be under Settings is buried under Ring Tones. I still can't figure out how to set the date and it's impossible to have it appear on the main screen. There is a calendar for planning and reminding yourself of events which is really nice. Sound quality is great although it picks up background noises a bit too much.

With my old phone voicemails were always delayed for hours but with this phone they are prompt. The old phone didn't always deduct a full minute if the call wasn't too long. This phone sucks up minutes fast so I'm keeping my old Moto as a backup. This w260 phone is good but not for texting or heavy use. It's a basic, sleek, modern phone, best for people who just aren't that into cellphones.

this phone works every other day one day the screen is out one hour the screen work do not ever get this phone
