This phone is great. I was very sceptical, but my daughter wanted a cell phone. It works right away, the free minutes worked as soon as we registered, and the phone looks very stylish. Has been dropped a few times by my toddler and still works great. We live in Alaska, and the service and connections are very clear and fast - which surprised me.

I have has the phone for 2 weeks and it already quit working. When calling customer service, I was told it would take several days for Net 10 to correct the problem. They had no answer to what I was supposed to do for a phone until they solved the problem. It was suggested that I go buy another phone. However, when my original phone is repaired, I can not return the other phone. That's Net 10 solution?! Spend more money on one of their phones when the phone I already paid for won't work?! I THINK NOT!!! With any other company you can get a replacement phone at the store in less than an hour.

Terrible quality of a phone and reception

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and within a couple days, lines showed up on the screen. I live in LA and have NO reception in my home, I have to go outside to be able to speak to people. The voice quality is terrible, I can barely understand the other person, to the point that I have to tell them to email or text me what they have to say. Needless to say that I am currently looking for another phone.
