Description

They say Einstein was a gadget guy—that besides thinking up revolutionary theories about the universe, he also liked to tinker with things(maybe because his family ran an electrical company during his childhood or because he was fascinated with his dad’s compass). If you think you have a little Einstein on your hands(and, admit it, you do!), this is the perfect toy. The Easy PC is both hands-on interactive(lots of gadgets that invite little fingers to touch and explore) and stimulates little minds with friendly challenges that don’t require reading or moving a mouse. The specially designed software has multi-level activities suitable for kids ages 1–5 yrs.

misleading December 28, 2006 Reviewer:  Peride Blind Real Name See all my reviews >

I bought this toy for Christmas to my son who is 2 years old. He loved it. However, the ad is misleading: I thought this toy came with the monitor. It has to be hooked up to a computer which means we have to do the hooking up and stay around while our kid plays with it. In other words, you can't just leave your kid on the floor while he is playing with it. Furthermore, careful with the little plastic stars that are underneath the keyboard. They come out and are too small so can be easily swallowed.

Not what it appears... Very disappointed... February 8, 2007 Reviewer:  SJM "mybabesuz" (CT)  See all my reviews >

This keyboard is just an electronic activity box. Each button only does one thing over and over and over...
The overlays you have to use for the games are bad. They don't stay on. They are just thin plastic. they come right off. I purchased this for my son's second birthday. He got very board and frustrated that it would just do the same thing over and over. He hasn't played with it in days. I would not recommend this product.

A winner! December 14, 2006 Reviewer:  Teacher Mom "Teacher Mom" (Palatine, IL)  See all my reviews >

My two-year old daughter loves her computer! She's come a long way with it since the first time she saw it. At first, she was very impatient and just liked to punch the buttons over and over, but loved that she was in control. Now she'll sit and watch the whole scenario or respond appropriately to the program.
The only dislike is the keyboard overlays for the other programs. At first, she refused to use it, threw it off the keyboard and greatly complained about it, but she's now accepted them and will use them appropriately.
Now the annoyance is that she wants to constantly switch between games.

The FABULOUS thing is it will keep her occupied for over and hour at a time! She laughs at the humor, repeats what they say (including "I'm a boy" - so now she insists that she's a boy).

I highly recommend it and, most importantly, don't give up on it! Keep exposing your child if they don't accept something right away.

Well I bought all of these comfy cd for my granddaughter and had an upgrade on my computer to vista after writing comfy system they wanted to charge me to get an upgrade cd after i paid [a lot] for each cd not 3 monthe before . So now my grand daughters computer sits because I refuse to buy the upgrade . Other wise it was a great toy which she loved so hopefully they will put the upgrade on the internet so I can upgrade for free It's sad when you buy something new like this and you are out about [a lot of money]. We love this computer, but Mommy has a few comments November 27, 2006 Reviewer:  Jack and Georgia's Mommy "Whitney" See all my reviews >

We got this recently for my sons 3rd b-day and he really loves it! The songs are catchy, he likes the games, the keyboard is really user friendly. I was surprised at how quickly he took to some of the games (we bought the additional software, since we felt the age range was better suited...) He really impressed me with his ability to quickly grasp some of the concepts that I was sure would be out of his league. Now, the little things about this that I do not like are as follows: the phone on the keyboard is non-functioning, its just a prop although the lifting of the receiver does cue some things. When using the additional games there are plastic "lay overs" for the keyboard which confused my son at first and he was more interested in why the thing lifted off than playing the game...as anyone who has a 3 yr old knows...you only have their attention for so long, lets not distract from what you are trying to accomplish. The software itself is pretty good, the graphics and such are pretty hi-end and do not disappoint, however the flow of the software is not so good...one game or song does not lead into another which leaves the child wondering what to do next...my son was able to follow the simple and concise instruction given to find this or push that but when the instruction ends he is left to figure out what to do next on his own...Now another great thing about this is that my 18 month olf daughter likes to sit on the floor and watch whats going on, like her brother is putting on this "show" just for her...I was concerned she would want to get in his way and try to interfere in his play time, but she laughs and just bops along to the music. I have found that using this computer as a privledge is quite beneficial, if he has not been a good listener he loses the privledge and when he is very good he gets extra time...he looks forward to this educational toy as PLAY time and you can't beat that (the only downside now is that we need an extra pc in the house...I never thought I'd be sharing my pc with my BABIES)!! We also bought the Leapster L-max for my son, which I feel is quite advanced for him, but he loves it. More to look at and watch, rather than actively "play", but he will grow into it as he grows out of the Comfy. Fortunately his sister will grow right into the Comfy at about the same time, making it well worth the money spent...

My kids FAVORITE TOY!!!!!!! December 4, 2006 Reviewer:  Thrilled Canadian Mom "ElisaG" (Montreal Canada)  See all my reviews >

I cannot rave enough about this wonderful toy. Both my 2 and 4 year old LOVE LOVE LOVE it! They love having their 'own' computer and I often hear them singing along the songs in bed many hours later. They love the fact that they hit the buttons and there is a response - My 2 year old kept screaming 'Mia did it!'. Its a wonderful product that my kids dpnt get bored of, and I highly recommend it to other moms for both its fun and eductional value.

This is excatly what we looked for November 27, 2006 Reviewer:  Happy Miami mommy "d" (Miami, FL)  See all my reviews >

This is exactly what we looked for. My son kept playing on our keyboard and the Easy PC is just great. We bought couple of games and he plays with all of them. He keeps calling for Comfy and the animation is just pefect for his age (2). Highly recommended.
btw, we also play in french!

Love this toy July 29, 2009 Reviewer:  Jag fan "Kathy M" (St Augustine Fl)  See all my reviews >

My grandson loves this toy. He plays with it more than any other of his toys. He's always laughing and wants his mom to watch his progress.

Highly Recommended November 28, 2006 Reviewer:  Mother of twins "Rony" (Chicago)  See all my reviews >

Our son and daughter absolutely love the comfy keyboard. I love how the activities are so engaging. My husband and I love to have them (twins) sit on our lap and click on the different colorful buttons of the keyboard. We highly recommend this toy.

Amazing! November 18, 2006 Reviewer:  A Competitive Mom See all my reviews >

This is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this for babies and toddlers. There are many languages to choose from...english, spanish, french, german and more! The graphics are great, and the educational content is terrific. It's a fun, educational way for baby to learn and interact with the computer.
