This camera was ok. Took good pictures, fun settings. But, there were many things that went wrong with the camera as well. First of all, I just returned it today. It was on my table, and there was nothing wrong with it the day before. I turned it on to take a picture, and there was a crack underneath the LCD screen. Nothing had happened before, it was not dropped nor stepped on. The other really annoying thing, was that you could only use one of it's features. [If you wrote on it, you couldn't change the picture.] For the first week it was amazing, but after that, the thrill was gone. I had it for about 2 weeks, and then it broke, now I'm getting another camera, and I would not purchase this again.

I luv..... this camera. It is amazing, and wonderful. It has a lot of features and options. I cant wait to figure all of these amazing things out. This ia a wonderful camera for any teen ( like me)! THIS CAMERA ROCKS!

My daughter insisted that she wanted this camera..save up her money and bought it. Now, we're stuck! The picture quality is HORRIBLE, the battery life is very poor. If you buy this camera buy yourself an additional battery. We have taken pictures indoors and outdoors and the quality is horrible. I thought Nikon was supposed to be a leader in cameras and camera technology. My 6 yr old Sony take better quality pictures that this. How extremely dissappointed I am with this camera and now we are [a lot of money] in the hole. My suggestion try out the Sony. You won't be sorry with that one.....

I was super excited about getting this camera since it's a touchscreen and a very pretty pink. Sadly, the thrill was gone after about 2 weeks. The screen freezes up sometimes, it lags before actually taking the picture (more than all other cameras I've had), and no matter what setting it's on, the picture quality pretty much stinks. You have to be absolutely still and in perfect lighting for it to take a great picture, and to me, that's ridiculous. I think the best picture it took was one of some fireworks at night! Battery doesn't last too long either...I think the touchscreen really takes away from the battery life. Sooo not worth $, or even half that. My new $ Kodak takes 10x better pics than this. Great for people who don't care much for picture QUALITY. I wanted to keep it because it was so pretty and cool, but got tired of crappy pics. Please don't waste your money!!!!!

I adore this camera.
The quality is great. I didn't have any cracks in my screen.
The only con is after a lot of use it sometimes freezes for a second.
Nothing you can't live with though.
Great quality, and it looks beautiful.

I am a professional photographer who shoots weddings with all Nikon products. I own a Nikon D80, but obviously won't use that camera for personal use on vacations and such. I am also a college student. I only buy Nikon, and this camera is no exception. The picture quality is better than most point and shoot camera's I have seen. It is relatively easy to use, and after playing with it, you can easily figure out the functions. I would recommend this camera to my family and friends. So far, I haven't found any problems with mine since I switched to it from my Fujifilm two months ago.
