I liked the design and the 3 times it worked it was ok. Unfortunately it was a lemon.

this is pretty much worthless. it doesn't do anything but make a bunch of noise and slightly cut some hairs leaving a stubble stump. total waste of time.

I love this trimmer. It works great and is easy to use thanks to the angled design of the cutter head. However, I also got one that quit after 1 use. I exchanged it for a new one, because when it works it's awesome. The second one is still working. The second one had an insert with the instructions that was not in the first one emphasizing that you have to use the included brush to clean the cutter and rinse it in hot water after using it. I have been religious about that with the 2nd one and that could be the difference in why it's still working, so make sure you do that if you get one.

After looking for a long time, my wife's research finally yielded the Norelco model. It was the first to do what it says- no tickling, no pulling, first to perform as promised. Good size, too. Could be a little lighter/smaller, but the razor is still ergonomically precise. Kudos to Phillips!
