I bought these rainboots in late January after many months of slushy Chicago snow leaking into my winter boots. I'd rather have cold dry feet than wet warm ones...

Anyway, I've worn them pretty often, more than 20 times since then. The pattern is great and understated (there is a thin pink line in the plaid that isn't visible on the computer, however). I get tons of compliments and they were great at keeping rain out.

The cons: The insole/liners came out the first time I tried them on. Even with them in, you can feel the holes in the heel of the boot on the heel of your foot, which can become uncomfortable and even painful if you're walking any sort of distance. TODAY I saw that cracks had formed on the upperside of the foot of both boots, on the side near the inside of the foot, but on top (just behind the big toe). So now they're gonna leak. That sucks. And while $19.99 isn't a huge amount to pay for boots, I don't particularly want to buy another pair because these have a crack!

I got these boots in the middle of winter last year. I wore them in the snow and they were great. Unfortunately, after wearing them about 3 times this fall, I noticed a crack in both boots in the area of the big toe and the water now leaks through. I recommend looking for a higher quality boot if you want them to last.

I HAD to get rainboots because I never know if it's going to snow or rain in Chicago. These are perfect because they're neutral colors with a very classic pattern; not gaudy or silly like a lot of boots out there, and for the price you can't beat these. I received them exactly one week after I ordered - great timing! They're even better in person: the trim is like a chocolate-brown and the whitish stripe in the picture is actually powder-pink and white. The buckle adjusts very well to stick jeans into the boot and tightens to fit the calf. The boot reaches to about mid-calf. They look Burberry-like and I've already received a compliment on the first day of wearing them. I purposely stepped in a puddle and no water leaked in! My feet stayed warm the entire time I wore them. Highly recommend -- they look great with jeans for a casual look but classy enough to wear to and from work. I wear a size 10 and the size 9 boot fits well enough to wear a thicker sock and has room enough to poke jeans inside.

Cute Boots for the price, however, I didnt realize from the picture that they actually have a small amount of pink in them which limits what I can wear them with.

I love the fit of the boot. Like others I ordered a size smaller and they fit perfectly. They're wide in the calves, even though I have bigger than avg. calves. The boot itself is good, but the color is ALL WRONG! I looked at these boots on a number of different monitors(too make sure it wasn't just mine) and they look pink. Yes, I know it says brown, but I guess I thought they were refering to the trim. I received them and they're brown. And an ugly brown at that. I'll be returning them tomorrow. Sad!

I got these boots for Christmas, and I love them. They are even cuter in person. Although they do run a little big, I did have to get a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear.

Well...these boots are like a painted picture. They look very fantasic online. When I ordered it, it took a while to come. And everytime I checked with Target their estimate of the delivery was prolonged. The rainboots are ideal for the weather but when it arrived I saw that the neck of the boot wasn't as long as in the image, the colors on the boot weren't as as organized and make sure you get a size bigger because they are cut small. But as long as I made the person happy it's up to you.

I wanted these boots last year, but they were on backorder forever and than eventually were sold-out. This year I jumped the gun and ordered them early and am glad I did! I received them within in a week of ordering them and they looked like the photo on-line. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered them a size smaller than what I normally wear. I still have enough room for a thick sock and feel comfortable. The only thing, is there is a slight defect in the printing of the plaid on the right boot. I didn't return them since you can't see it unless the boot is 6 inches from your face. I am excited to tackle the slushy and wet Chicago fall/winter this season!

they're really cute, but they took FOREVER to be delivered. they were on backorder, so it took over a month.

and also, they look a lot taller online, they're actually pretty short.
