We bought these lights thinking they would have a pretty twinkle. Boy we were wrong! The blinking is so fast it screws with your eyes. If we could take them back and get the non twinkling ones, we would in a heart beat. Now we are on a quest to find replacement bulbs that don't twinkle. The lights come with 4 replacement bulbs but only 2 are non twinkling.

Other reviewers bashed these lights for being "too bright" for indoor use. Well, duhhh, try them outside! They're great for wrapping tree trunks, and LEDs are much safer than conventional bulbs for outdoor use.

This is a high quality LED product and I'm sure it will last forever. However, the lights are way to bright. The positive is that you don't need more than two strands (120 lights) for a 7 foot tree! The negative is that it lights up my entire condo. The lights also blink way to fast...slightly slower than a strobe light.
