I really like the fact the blanket has it's own spot to be secured to the basket. There is a ton of room inside for your food. If you are feeding more than 2 people, plenty of room to put extra plates and utensils. Carry food in seperate bag, or take out pizza in the park to feed the family. The only thing I didn't realize before purchasing is... because of the handle, there is a gap between the lids. I do like the pockets on the front, convenient for car/house keys, cell phone. I spent a lot of time looking for the right basket for what I wanted and in my price range. I would have preferred a basket set for four(to expensive), but this has everything I wanted. I would recommend it to others.

This basket is quite large inside, and the pockets and straps keep all of the essentials organized. There's more than enough room inside for your meal and extra hardware for more than two people. Everything included is high-quality and the blanket is perfect for sand or grass because it's fully lined. The blanket folds up and turns into a tote with handle to attach to the basket, so you won't ever have to worry about forgeting it.

The only downside is the actual basket color is quite a bit darker than pictured and the handle looks slightly rustic and unfinished, not keeping with the theme of the rest of the basket.

Overall, it's a great purchase that we'll use for years to come.

Prior to purchasing this basket my brother and I went on a hunt in search of a picnic basket we looked for 2 weeks and finally gave up on the 3 week. We went to sears, target, outdoor sporting goods even a winery that specializes in picnic baskets and no luck because none of these places carried them inside the store. When I went to target they suggested that I look online. I was hesitant to buy this online because I wasn't too sure the size and I was skeptical of the appearance of the picture. When I got it in the mail I was so happy it took less than a week to get it in the mail and it was larger than I thought which was great because it can fit so many things inside and everything is usable and easy to wash. I actually took it out for a try on the 4th of July and everyone was so jealous because it looked so cute yet everyone was so surprised how much I had inside. I know it says for 2 but you can easily fit paper plates and cups inside with no problem. I am really satisfied with my purchase thanks target.
