Perhaps the previous reviewer was looking for a different product, because for me, this was perfect! I wanted a simple brow highlighter, and this does the trick! I apply it right below my brow line and blend over the line for an instant highlight. The product is smooth and creamy to apply, and blends very easily; the only tool you'll need is your ring finger. I have a medium olive complexion, and since this light color works on me I would assume it works along a wide range of skin shades. When paired alongside my eyebrow pencil, this really helps my eyebrows look great!
