I bought this player for a road trip. By the 3rd use, it stopped spinning the DVDs for play. Upon returning it to the store, I noticed that this particular brand was on 50%clearance....

This dvd player is unreliable and of poor quality it can npt be recommended that anyone buy this Polaroid 7" Portable DVD Player - Red (PDX-0073C) Save your money buy a different brand ... check the comments first I sure wish I had before I bought one of these.

I've been using this product for 2 years and it worked really well. It would still be working but i dropped it and i watched movies on it all day everyday. Please don't waste your money watching everyday.

I bought two of these for a road trip. Good thing I plugged them in first. One works fine, the other has a black screen. I will try to exchange the 2nd one and try again.

I bought this for a recent trip. I took it out of the package, read the info, and plugged it in to charge the battery. I didn't touch it again until a week later when it was time for our trip. It said the battery was dead. That's when i noticed that the case where the battery is housed was split open at the back (the "seam" so to speak). I never even used it, and it was already broken.

After one day the on/off switch stopped working. This item is too expensive and cheaply made. Do not advise anyone to purchase.

I've had this DVD player for about a year now and it works great! We use it for car rides and plane rides for my 19 month old. She has dropped it, banged on it, played with the inside where the DVD goes and it still works great. It can definetly take a beating.

I've had this for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I'll put a DVD on and carry it around the house with me from room to room when I'm cleaning or putting things away. I've never used it in the car because I drive most of the time. But recently my normal DVD player stopped working so I plugged this one in to the TV and watch it. It has a little remote and everything, you just have to make sure it's charged enough as it won't play more than about 3 1/2 hours or so.
I absolutely love this DVD player and have never had any problems with it at all, I move it around a lot while it's playing and it never skips or anything. It's great.

My parents bought this for my daughter and it worked for 20 minutes. It will work plugged into the wall but not with the battery or the car charger. Well, the whole point of buying this was for it to be PORTABLE!!!!!! I'm disgusted with this product.

I bought this item about a year and a half ago, works great, no problem. Has read all my disc unless the disc is very dirty or has scratches. I use it all the time. I have never had a problem
